The homeless population is growing daily and only going to get worse the longer we wait for the government. With the rising cost of living job insecurity and addiction the homeless population is only destined to get worse. This signals existing programs not working. Time for the community to step in.
The cost to build affordable housing for 100 units is approximately $10,000,000. And construction time is lengthy. If we can assist people in accessing apartments this will help immensely.
